With nearly two decades of experience in federal and state courts, Daniel Schnapp is known for successfully trying complex cases involving trade dress, trademark, and copyright infringement, as well as defamation.

Today, Daniel Schnapp serves clients at Nixon Peabody. Previously, he worked in the U.S. Attorney's Office, as well in the New York State Attorney General's Securities Prosecutions and Special Litigation bureaus.
